How weak we are inside! Even if we appear otherwise on the outside, how deeply we are affected by words that spring from a sincere feeling, as if God is guiding you to a beautiful compensation amidst the pressures of life, by sending you someone who bestows upon you a beautiful feeling, true happiness, a smile from the heart, and perhaps tears of joy, like a word of appreciation from a friend who senses the sincerity of your heart, and like a beautiful feeling from good company who sees you for who you are, who sees you as a rare value in this time. It is a beautiful feeling when a dear one gives you sincere words from their heart, as if these words are a balm that heals some wounds, as if they are a glimmer of hope amidst seas of despair, as if they are white points amidst the darkness and hustle of life. Words that touch your feelings and your heart, when your feelings take hold of you, so that some words affect you to the point that you cry from the intensity of the emotion, and your tears fall, whether they are tears of joy or pain, and perhaps a mixture of happiness and sorrow, a smile and tears.
Simple words can affect us deeply, making us pause and reflect on many things. Sometimes we need someone to awaken us from our slumber or draw our attention to something we haven’t fully grasped. Perhaps these are messages meant for you, and God sends them to you through someone else. Here, we must view every message in our lives with a positive perspective: We should read it carefully, understand its wisdom, and thank God for both the good and the bad, because it never truly harmed us, but rather held a hidden benefit that we will come to understand with time.
