Memories are like snow melting under the sun’s rays,
slowly fading away, leaving behind a faint trace and an unhealed wound.
Whenever I reach out to touch them, they evaporate like a mirage,
disappearing in the blink of an eye, leaving my heart empty and my eyes flooded with tears.
Nothing remains of those moments,
except the echo of a distant voice, the shadow of a passing fantasy,
and a heart bleeding with an incurable pain.
