Being harmful means causing pain, damage, or suffering to others, whether through words, actions, or neglect. Harm does not always appear as physical violence; sometimes it hides in insults, exclusion, or spreading rumors. A harmful attitude can slowly destroy trust and relationships. When people act without empathy, they may not realize the deep emotional impact they leave behind. Choosing kindness instead of cruelty creates a safer environment for everyone. Understanding consequences and taking responsibility for mistakes are important steps toward growth. In the end, avoiding harm is not weakness but a sign of strength and maturity.
