Burdens are the invisible weights people carry in their hearts and minds. They may come from responsibility, regret, expectations, or loss. Some burdens are physical, like long hours of work, but many are emotional—memories that refuse to fade or worries about the future. Although burdens can feel heavy, they also shape character. They teach patience, resilience, and empathy. When shared with someone trustworthy, they often become lighter. Ignoring them, however, can deepen the strain. True strength is not the absence of burdens, but the courage to carry them with hope and quiet determination each day.
