Stress is a natural reaction that everyone experiences in life. It occurs when we face challenges, pressure, or unexpected changes. A little stress can be helpful because it motivates us to work harder and stay alert. However, too much stress can harm both our mind and body. It can cause headaches, sleep problems, and difficulty concentrating. Stress also affects our emotions, making us feel anxious or angry. To manage stress, we should take breaks, exercise, talk to friends, and practice relaxation techniques such as deep breathing or meditation. Learning to balance our responsibilities and taking care of ourselves helps reduce stress. A calm mind and a healthy lifestyle are the best ways to keep stress under control.
