By: Ahmed Al Shiekh
Like a cloud, heavy
with an unbearable curiosity,
my things seep through
as autumn falls upon barren ground,
without promise, and without waiting…
I am…
this torrential downpour of sorrow;
I have always danced to a different beat,
trembling in my place
as if carried by a wind whose source I do not know,
and I find not a single interpretation for it
on the map of the world.
