Psychopathy is a personality disorder characterized by a lack of empathy, guilt, and emotional attachment. People with psychopathic traits may appear confident, charming, and intelligent, but they often manipulate others for personal gain. They usually have difficulty forming genuine relationships and may ignore social rules without feeling remorse. However, not every person with these traits becomes a criminal or behaves violently. Psychopathy exists on a spectrum, and only trained mental health professionals can evaluate it properly. Understanding this condition helps reduce myths and encourages a more accurate view of human behavior.
