In dealing with people, we always need balance.
I see it as very simple when it comes from within, with sincere intentions and a genuine desire to build good relationships and spread peace, love, respect, kindness, compassion, and appreciation among everyone.
What helps in this is humility, empathy, always making excuses for others, forgiveness, compassion, and kindness.
Also, listening to them, respecting them, and offering them support.
It’s quite simple when we take turns and treat others as we would like to be treated.
Life is never worth any conflicts, grudges, or disagreements whatsoever.
The way you interact with others is always the key factor in any relationship; it’s the primary and ultimate arbiter. It’s perhaps an art not everyone masters.
Throughout your life, you will encounter countless people and learn countless lessons.
Undoubtedly, reason is crucial and essential in resolving situations, as it guides us to balanced solutions with wisdom that satisfy all parties without offending anyone.
And most importantly, there’s the approach, which many lack.
You must avoid getting angry, control yourself, and manage your emotions. If you see someone in front of you becoming agitated, be the one to extinguish those flames.
If everyone gets angry, who can resolve the situation?
If you find yourself in the middle, try to understand everyone’s feelings without bias. Be a source of goodwill and reconciliation; unite hearts.
You can calm someone’s anger with a single word that absorbs their rage and emotions.
I will always say it: there is nothing more beautiful or simpler than a kind heart. It is the most beautiful path. It is the golden formula.
