Yesterday, the harsh winter came, walking slowly
Dragging the cloak of “experience” like a heavy ox
Whenever it cast its cold… I found it patient
And I was not one who feared winter when it came
You see the truths in it split like two dates separated
into two halves… neither desire nor inclination towards whimsy
One half became sustenance and benefit for those who seek nourishment
And the other half became sustenance and benefit for those who seek harm when injustice prevails and equality is lost.
